MIHS Stadium Community Use Key Cards to expire on Dec. 31, 2011

Current MIHS Community Stadium/Track users with Access Key Cards issued prior to November 2011 who wish to maintain access for next year will need to renew Key Cards before January 1, 2012. Key Cards can be renewed for $5.00 through the mail. Click here for printable Renewal Form.

Also available in person at the Maintenance, Operations and Transportation building at 4140 SE 86th St, at the rear of the PEAK parking lot. The cost is $5.00 per person per year. Applicants should submit the application form, background check form, copy of Driver's License, and the $5 fee through the mail or to the MOT office, Monday-Friday 8 am-3:30 pm. MOT office will be closed during winter Break 12/19/11-1/3/12
