11-12 Emergency Information (pdf) includes bus schedule information for one hour and two hours late starts, and a list of radio and TV stations that will broadcast emergency announcements.

You can also sign up for automatic emails from schoolreport.org. These emails are tied directly to the school closure and late start media broadcast system. We will use this system to broadcast emergency or safety related messages for individual schools and the district.

To activate an account, please go to www.schoolreport.org and follow the instruction to subscribe. When you have added your email account, select the Add a School Link and and a Wizard will pop up. Step through the Wizard, selecting: a Member District, Mercer Island School District, the school of your choice, and BOTH Emergency and Informational Message, and then Finish. You can add additional buildings for other children in your family. By subscribing to a building, you will receive both Mercer Island School District messages as well as building specific messages.
